"Dependable"
is the right word to describe this company as well as the words
"quality" and "fast". Kevin, Donna and their team of
people did a very fast and quality job on our new home in
Longboat Key. They did exactly what they said they would
AND more and on schedule. In all my years involved in large and
small construction projects, I have never appreciated this level
of quality and service and with a friendly team work approach to
their business.

We
are writing this letter to highly recommend Kevin Gossett,
Dependable Drywall and Remodeling. When we interviewed Kevin and
his wife Donna, we found them to be highly organized and
knowledgeable about their profession.
We were very wary at this time because we were dealing with
Chinese Drywall which caused us to tear apart our three year old
home down to the studs and rebuild. Kevin has been in this
business for many years beginning in Michigan where we are from.
The expertise he gained in Michigan and Florida far exceeded any
of the others we interviewed.
Kevin and Donna have put together a trusted crew who are experts
in their fields. It was a relief to turn over all the details to
someone with this much experience. From the very beginning to
completion we were there watching the progress (my husband Gene
was there daily) and it was amazing. They began the teardown in
mid April and by mid August the house was completely rebuilt and
ready to move back in.
At every phase Kevin oversaw the progress of each expert and
always returned phone calls to answer questions. He made sure
the work met his standards as well as making sure the each
contractor cleaned up after each phase of work; this was very
important to us. Donna made sure that all paperwork was handled
at the right time so that county inspectors could complete their
work.
We can honestly say there is not one negative we could even
think of. Our apprehension was high during this building
process, but they put our minds at ease every step of the way.
